Midtown Bar and Grill- Charleston
Large commercial project is located at 559 King Street in historical downtown Charleston. This building was originally built in the late 1700's for residential occupancy and had been renovated over the years to include warehouse space, hat shop, and church supply. Demolition and Renovation included 4000 sf dinning area, kitchen, and take out area and a 600 sf exterior bar area. Daily construction challenges included working with the City Board of Architectural Review (BAR) for exterior appearance and preservation of existing interior construction while also updating the building to meet modern code and regulations.
Removal of existing 6000 sf ceramic tile roofing and installation of new asphault roofing to the President of the Citadels private home located on campus.
This condo renovation located in Windswept Villas on Kiawah Island included demolition of entire three bedroom condominium and complete new interior design and construction.
