Some of the materials selected include; complete American Cherry hardwood floors, 2x6 wall framing for thicker more efficiant insulation, Zip system sheathing, Renni tankless waterheater, Infinity controlled heating and air, fireplace using recycled materials from a 1790's warehouse and large overhangs to help prevent the summer sunlight from heating up the home.
Jungle Road- Edisto Beach
This original two bedroom Edisto Beach cottage was completly renovated. The renovation included adding on another two bedrooms, one bathroom, new flooring, and a wrap around front porch to give it a "Southern Living Beach Cottage" feel

New construction of custom home located in the gated community of Kiawah River Estates. This custom home includes Aulstrailian Cyprus hardwood flooring, three story elevator, standing seam metal roof, and may other extra details.
Glossy Ibis, Kiawah Island
This 3300 sf home located off of Glossy Ibis on Kiawah Island had been flooded due to a small leak that ended up sending over 30,000 gallons of water from the second floor throughout the home. Crawford Contracting was notified immediately and reacted to salvage the few items that had not been damaged. Once the water recovery team had removed the water and dehumidified the home demolition and reconstruction began.
Renovation included totally removing all the flooring and sheet rock in the entire home and rebuilding back to new conditions. Some of the details included installing hand scraped hardwood flooring, complete re-design and relocation of the kitchen, addition of a master bedroom and bathroom.
Creekside, Mt. Pleasant
This 1960's ranch style home was transformed into an updated open floor plan by increasing the kitchen size to accommodate guests, adding on a mudroom, laundry room,bathroom, and sitting room.
The project is a good example of how to increase the livability and value of your current home without having to start from scratch with new construction.
Outdoor Kitchen- West Ashley
Custom design/build project located in West Ashley. This 120 sf outdoor kitchen includes Wolfe stainless steel appliances, custom built cabinets, granite counter tops, and custom remote controlled roll-down doors.
Ocean Green, Kiawah Island
Interior renovation located on Ocean Green, Kiawah Island. This renovation includes new interior trim including wainscot in main portion of foyer and hallway and includes a complete demolition/renovation of kitchen.
Grimball Gates, Johns Island
This 3200 sf custom built home is located in the gated community of Grimball Gates, Johns Island. Custom details include brazilian cherry hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops.
Anchorage Plantation, Wadmalaw Island
This custom home was built with extreme detail and custom features. Some of the extra detail work include historic heart pine flooring which was reclaimed on a South Georgia farm, a complete reverse osmosis water supply, and metal roof detail.
