We met with several contractors and design-build firms with a focus on trusting our project to a contractor over 700 miles away with little ability for us to quickly view progress, proposed changes or issues that normally arise as part of any renovation project.  Having conducted thorough diligence on each (including reference checks and site reviews), we decided to go with Brian for our project.

This was our fourth renovation project and the first to involve a second home (at a significant distance).  If a remodel project is ever “pleasant”, our experience with Brian and his crew was as close as it comes.  Communication was consistent and accurate resulting in no surprises.  The quality of the work was terrific, timing was on schedule and the project came in on budget as planned (a first for us!).
